• All conference registrations include exhibit attendance
• Non-member full conference or one-day conference purchases include one-year SME membership experience.
• Full conference registration includes Wednesday and Thursday technical sessions, keynote presentations, J.H. 'Jud' Hall awards luncheon, exhibit hall lunch and the 'Meet, Greet and Discover' networking reception in exhibit hall
• For one-day attendance, you must select the specific day you plan to attend
• Conference purchasers may attend sessions in any concurrent technical session
• Tickets the tours and workshops must be purchased separately
• Additional tickets to the J.H. 'Jud' Hall awards luncheon may be purchased individually.
• Cancellation Policy: Only written requests received at SME on or before March 5, 2012 will receive a full refund

*Academic/Government Pricing: Please note that this pricing is available to all military and government employees. To qualify for the reduced Military Conference Fee you must submit a letter on appropriate military letterhead signed by your Commanding Officer. Government employees must submit a copy of your government ID credentials.
