Here is a summary of expenses for you and your manager to consider:
Conference Registration: $770 (single-day registration is available for $475).
Exhibits-only registration costs just $25.
Housing: the Phoenix Marriott Mesa Hotel is offering a special rate of $154 (plus tax). Multiply by the number of days you plan to attend.
Parking: complimentary
Transportation: Super Shuttle service is available for approximately $17 (per person), one way. Point of Perfection service is approximately $45, one way. Car can accommodate up to three riders.
Air Travel: prices through Orbitz for travel to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (major airport location) from key cities on the West Coast run from $122 to $335. Midwest and East Coast cities run from $381 to $433.
The Value of the Conference: this is where you’ll hear leading composites experts talk about applications for defense and aerospace, advances in tooling, machining and drilling, automated processing, and much more – 45 sessions in all. Are you or your company new to composites? There’s a Tuesday, March 12 workshop created to introduce you to composite materials for manufacturing.
